Running session 1…

120309 Ran about 5km and done 3 sets of statics pt.

20 x push-ups
20 x sit-up.

Hope I can be discipline enough to carry on the routine.

New resolutions…

Need to make some resolutions and hope I work to achieve them.
1) More excercise eg. running or gym
2) Get a tan
3) Save up an amount every month
4) Get E71 or Omnia
Four for now and will be adding to the list when I get more ideas and goals.
